SUPER REINFORCED

As everybody knows, regular sealings in agricultural nonwoven are the weakest point. If analyzed on dynamometer, junctions, compared with the nonwoven itself, lose about 30% of tensile strength.
To avoid such a disadvantage, Soft Nonwoven has developed a patented system of filament distribution in order to increase the density and the weight of the nonwoven in the sealing zone, without jointing a nonwoven band, which helps the toughness of the sealings and of the final product. The same properties are achieved also in the edges where the workers can pull and fix the sheets.

SUPER PLUS

A plus version of super reinforced fleece with an additional strip going through each unit of the multiple widths like an S, particularly indicated against strong wind, this extra reinforcement acts like an obstacle against wind and breaks caused by it.

Cross Direction Toughness Example of a Super Reinforced nonwoven 17 gsm. The weight on the edges of the membrane is higher in order to guarantee a higher strength to the sealings and to the traction force.
